Bio: The George Washington Chapter, Pennsylvania Society, of the Sons of The American Revolution Revolution maintains this site. Our Chapter covers the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia as well as Washington County in Pennsylvania. We have members in several other states as well. The purpose of the SAR is to perpetuate the memory of those brave individuals that took part in the gaining our freedom during the American Revolution. Are are a patriotic organization.
